Please ensure your team members read and follow these rules during their stay.

House Rules

• Quiet Time: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Please be respectful of others staying in the home and our neighbors.
• Drugs & Alcohol: Absolutely no drugs permitted on the premises. Responsible alcohol use is allowed, but disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
• Smoking: No smoking or vaping inside the home. Outdoor smoking is permitted in designated areas; please use provided receptacles.
• Pets: No pets are allowed to stay in the home. Note: our site supervisor’s dog may occasionally be present on-site.
• Check-In / Check-Out:
  • Check-in time: 7:00 AM
  • Check-out time: 12:00 PM (noon)
• Use of Home: The house is to be used exclusively during days when working on Encore Master Builder job sites.
• Guests: Only registered occupants may stay overnight. Unauthorized guests are not permitted.
• Kitchen & Cleaning:
  • Used dishes must be placed in the dishwasher prior to checkout.
  • Used towels must be placed in the hampers located in each bathroom.
  • Please keep common areas clean and tidy for the comfort of all.
• Personal Belongings: Encore is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please secure your valuables.

Rates

Rooms are $100 per night, billed to the company making the reservation.

Home Amenities

• Fully equipped kitchen (pots, pans, dishes, utensils)
• Washer and dryer available for extended stays
• BBQ and firepit in private backyard
• Ample parking (street and RV pad)
• Each bedroom includes a queen bed, nightstands, and Smart TV

Liability & Enforcement

• Encore Master Builder may ask any individual to leave the property if rules are not followed or safety/wellbeing is at risk.
• Any damage beyond reasonable wear and tear will be charged back to the company that booked the room.
• By booking a stay, your company accepts responsibility for ensuring all employees/guests are aware of and comply with these rules.
